Advanced Tech Systems employs a full staff of dedicated professionals who are committed to your project and your satisfaction. Whether you are enhancing your existing home or building a new one, we want to make the whole process easier for you.
When you first contact us, one of our qualified systems specialists will meet with you, either in our showroom, or at your home or office – whichever is appropriate – to learn about your project and wishes. We’ll explain the technologies and systems that are available to you and answer your questions.
We will then prepare a proposal based on our meeting with you, making recommendations to best suit your home, lifestyle, and desires. This process may include revisions and adjustments – we are happy to work with you to get the systems and functionality just right. When you have approved our proposal, your project will be assigned to one of our project managers. It is his job to see that your project goes smoothly and you are happy with the result.
His responsibilities include:
- A pre-wiring walk through with you to ensure proper placement of connection jacks, controls, speakers, etc.
- Coordination with your contractor and other related trades such as the electrical contractor, interior decorator, or cabinet maker.
- On-site supervision of wiring and installation crews.
- Coordination of final system implementation, documentation, and training.
- He will be your contact during the project and he is happy to answer your questions and respond to your needs.
When your systems are fully installed, they will be programmed by our in-house programmer and tested for correct operation. We will then meet with you to demonstrate the systems, train you in their operation, and turn over system documentation to you as well.
After we “hand you the remote”, we are still available to you to answer questions and to ensure that the systems are operating properly. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with our valued clients – and we think after we have completed your project, you won’t ever want to go anywhere else!
